Hai i noe every office haf politic but still is 1 person hw he/ she play ard wif using the most effective way to get rid of those unwanted politic....
To rch the the highest peak of tolerence is to praise ur most detest person n 2 befriend wif her... I noe dis may sound a bit contradicting but human being normally cant be so kind until wen ppl slap u den u still can sae "thank you".... becoz of the word "pride" let u cant put it dwn.
To sae frankly i don believe in tking EQ Test can test hw accurately u can control ur emotional..Coz wen the person tking the EQ test the ans that they ans n the action they does is normally diff, as lyk wat ppl sae "do n sae is diff thing" so tking the EQ test is juz bluffing urself.. Even I myself nv tk a EQ test person also noe tt i haf a low EQ, I tend to cant control my emotional easily, even smetime wat i tink n do is differently...
The conculsion is I am a contradicting person, knowing hw 2 play ard wif the politic in my office but don dare to do it out so in de end i LET THE POLITIC PLAY MI...
